Details

Jersey 32 is a transformative $105 million mixed-use development, located between State Road 32 and Jersey Street. The development will include up to 225 modern apartment residences, 550+ garage parking spaces, and more than 43,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Other features of the development include a public plaza with art installation in collaboration with GANGGANG, streetscape improvements along Jersey Street, and Skender Construction’s new headquarters.
