Westfield, IN (2026) – Schaaf CPA Group, a Westfield-based CPA firm, has announced plans to construct a new headquarters just north of its current location at 110 N. Union Street, reinforcing their commitment to staying in downtown Westfield. The new two-story, 9,000-square-foot office building will be located on approximately one acre at 302 N. Union Street, just north of the Basile Westfield Playhouse. Construction is anticipated to begin Q3 2026.
“As a former small business owner, I know firsthand that small businesses are the heartbeat of our community,” said Mayor Scott Willis. “Schaaf CPA Group’s expansion demonstrates both their continued success and the strength of Westfield as a place where businesses can grow and thrive. We’re grateful they’ve chosen to grow alongside our community.” This expansion will allow Schaaf CPA Group to retain its current team of employees while creating an additional 20 full-time jobs over time.
Founded in Westfield, Schaaf CPA Group provides accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and businesses throughout the region. Company leadership says the new facility will provide additional space to support continued growth and enhance services for clients. John Schaaf, founding partner of Schaaf CPA Group, said, “On a chance encounter 19 years ago with Joe Edwards and Carl Steele, I was introduced to downtown Westfield and its wonderful community. There is no other place we would rather be and are thrilled that the City of Westfield has been there to support us as our needs change throughout the years.”
