Various school construction projects in Westfield Washington Schools are progressing as the new school year quickly approaches.
The first day of school for Westfield students is Aug. 17.
Jake Wagle of Garmong Construction gave an update July 14 to the Westfield school board on the Midland Crossing and Shamrock Springs elementary school projects, He said Midland Crossing at Towne Road and 166th Street recently passed its final inspection and has a temporary certificate of occupancy.
