WESTFIELD, Ind. — A $105 million mixed-use development project has been proposed for downtown Westfield.
At the Westfield City Council meeting May 27, Jersey 32, LLC introduced the "32 Jersey" development, which would be located on Jersey Street on the south side of State Road 32/Main Street, just east of U.S. 31 between Poplar and Mill streets.
