Brave the Barricades: A Pledge to Support Local Businesses

Westfield, IN (April 14, 2025) — As construction progresses on State Road 32, the City of Westfield is launching the Brave the Barricades campaign to encourage residents and visitors to support local businesses. The campaign offers incentives to keep the community engaged, despite the ongoing construction challenges.

The Pledge to Support Local

The first phase of the Brave the Barricades campaign invites everyone to take the pledge to support local businesses. By signing up for email updates about the construction project, participants will not only stay informed but will also be entered to win weekly gift cards from a wide array of local businesses. There are also graphics to share on participant’s social media accounts. Each week, multiple gift cards will be given away, offering a chance to experience the best of Westfield while helping to keep small businesses busy and vibrant during this time of change.
