Grand Millennium Center is a $110 million mixed-use development with a 60,000 square foot medical office building, 340 luxury apartments, 11,200 square feet of retail, and a 447 parking space garage. Public improvements may include upgraded stormwater management, new trails and park landscaping, pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, active recreational amenities such as pickleball courts and fitness trails, a dog park, and infrastructure to support electric vehicle charging.
