The Park & Poplar project is a $123 million mixed-use development that will anchor the west side of downtown Westfield. Park and Poplar will feature 240 apartment units, 56 brownstone units, over 29,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and 60,000 square feet of office. Other key features of the development include: a public plaza, connectivity to the Midland Trace Trail, and a 500+ parking garage.
