Towne Run will be a mixed-use development that will bring a blend of commercial, wellness, and public amenities to the area. The development includes approximately 24,000 square feet of retail and restaurant. At its core, the project will feature a state-of-the-art, approximately 110,000 square-foot LifeTime Fitness. Complementing these private components are a series of public infrastructure improvements, including new sidewalks, pathways, trails, and an urban streetscape designed for golf cart connectivity, all aimed at enhancing mobility and access. Additional public features such as a gazebo structure and expanded hardscape and landscape improvements will integrate seamlessly with the City’s existing trail network.
