SEP, a leading software product design and development company, constructed a new corporate headquarters along U.S. Highway 31 at 161st Street. This significant investment—nearly $2.6 million—will more than double SEP’s current footprint in central Indiana and support the company's continued growth. The new 70,000-square-foot facility sits on approximately 20 acres. Designed with both innovation and employee experience in mind, the new campus features a natural, park-like setting complete with walking trails, fire pits, and a pond, offering direct connectivity to two nearby parks.
