Sports-related businesses will be the focus of the City of Westfield’s Market Court Level Up Incubator development at 18160 Market Court.
During the May 18 Westfield Redevelopment Commission meeting, Jenell Fairman, Westfield executive chief of economic and community development, presented an update on the concept, which the commission began publicly discussing in December 2025.
The vacant building at the site, was once the home of a Tractor Supply Store and most recently used for storage by Westfield Washington Schools, is intended for commercial office space in Westfield. The Westfield Community Development Corp. — a city-run entity — is the developer for the business incubator.
