Westfield granted $911K for roads & bridges

Communities in Senate District 21, which includes Westfield, will receive nearly $5.3 million to improve roads and bridges through the Indiana Department of Transportation’s Community Crossings Matching Grant Program.
State Sen. Jim Buck (R-Kokomo) announced the grants, which will provide about $911,000 to Westfield and $1 million to Hamilton County. Other recipients in the district are Elwood ($941,781), Kokomo ($759,440) and Tipton County ($1 million).
