Westfield mayor addresses downtown infrastructure, upcoming budget cycle

Ongoing developments in downtown and Grand Park and the 2027 city budget were among the topics Westfield Mayor Scott Willis addressed during his July 16 quarterly town hall meeting.
PARK & POPLAR
The Park & Poplar mixed-use development kicks off this summer. The $123 million project will include office spaces, retail, restaurants, apartments and brownstone residential units.
Willis said the project is scheduled for completion in 2028 and is one several ongoing and upcoming developments in Westfield’s core.
