City of Westfield Tees Up for LIV Golf 2026

The City of Westfield, IN, is preparing for another incredible LIV Golf tournament at Chatham Hills. This marks the second year the city has hosted the Indianapolis stop of the LIV Golf League. This year promises four action-packed days of world-class competition and family-friendly events.

What is LIV Golf Indianapolis?

LIV Golf Indianapolis is one stop on the LIV Golf League tour and features many of the world’s top players competing in both individual and team formats.  The Hamilton County sporting event will last for four days and include not only competitions featuring world-class athletes, but it is also a celebration of the sport of golf, complete with live entertainment, food, hospitality experiences, and a festival-like atmosphere.

Why is the 2026 LIV Golf Indianapolis event special this year?

The 2026 LIV Golf event will be extra special this year, as the Indianapolis stop will be the final individual tournament of the 2026 season. The City of Westfield, IN, will have a front-row seat to watch the season-long Individual Champion crowned.

Not only is this event special for golf fans, but it’s also a special time for the City of Westfield and Westfield Economic Development, as they welcome visitors from all over the country and the world. The event has become a major economic driver in Hamilton County, with the 2025 event attracting more than 60,000 spectators and making it the largest LIV Golf event at the time. This year, Westfield estimates the event could generate $23 million in direct local economic activity. The event especially benefits local hotels, retailers, and entertainment venues.

Where is LIV Golf 2026 being held?

LIV Golf Indianapolis will be held at The Club at Chatham Hills, a premier private golf and lifestyle club in the heart of Hamilton County. The golf club serves as the centerpiece of the Chatham Hills community and is one of the Midwest’s most famous golf destinations.

The 18-hole championship course is renowned as Pete Dye’s final masterpiece. The legendary golf architect considered Chatham Hills one of his most personal projects, which he personally designed and built. The course winds through rolling hills, mature trees, and lakes, creating a golf experience that is every bit as beautiful as it is challenging.
