Construction Underway on Level Up: Westfield Innovation Hub

City of Westfield continues to identify new opportunities to attract innovative businesses, support entrepreneurship, and strengthen the community’s growing sports technology industry. Construction is now underway. The Level Up: Westfield Innovation Hub is a 19,000 square-foot facility designed to accelerate business growth and talent development. The project represents a significant investment in Westfield’s economic future, with construction expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. 

How is Westfield transforming an existing property into an innovation hub?

Located at 18160 Market Court, the Level Up project will transform the former Tractor Supply building into a center for sports tech business development and collaboration. Redevelopment of this existing commercial property will create new opportunities for economic growth. 

In a May 2026 report, Jenell Fairman, Westfield’s Executive Chief of Economic and Community Development, discussed the importance of the project. 

“We think this is a really great opportunity for the city to get involved in cleaning up an area that needs some improvement and then also providing an opportunity for businesses to grow within our city,” Fairman said.
