Westfield celebrates end of Simon Moon Park renovation

Westfield Parks and Recreation celebrated the end of renovation work at Simon Moon Park with a special ceremony Aug. 20.
Westfield Mayor Scott Willis noted his personal connection to the park.
“We live right across the street and I used to bring my kids over here all the time,” Willis said. “My wife and I, almost daily, would walk the Midland Trace Trail and we’ve watched it evolve and grow.”
